In fairness, I can’t review the product’s performance, it’s a gift and hasn’t been used as yet. However, I am very disappointed with the packaging. It comes in a little white ugly cardboard box. There is no paperwork enclosed. No directions. No name. Nothing. Zero. Are we all to assume that everyone knows how to work a portable phone charger? Too much trouble to print a little something and enclose it for the consumer? I have a pen with a flashlight that came with directions. I bought this portable charger because it got very good reviews on its performance, but as a gift I wouldn’t recommend it.

I bought one of these last year and it was awesome, so I bought another to give as a gift because people always comment on the handy size of this little battery, and they're usually sold when I tell them it can completely charge my phone twice.So, I just gave the one I recently bought to my sister and she can't get a single full charge on her phone with the new one before it goes dead! I asked her to fully charge it and try again and she did, with the same results. I wanted to buy another to have on hand to give away as a gift but now I'm afraid it will be another dud.

When my husband and I purchased new iPhones a few years ago, Costco included these chargers as part of a bundle deal, and we love to use them especially for day trips when we’ll be away from our car charger, etc. Our phones or iPads charge quickly, and there will still be enough “juice” left to charge another device. I purchased two more for grandsons to be able to keep lightweight portable chargers in their backpacks.

This is the best portable battery I've ever used.. it's small compact easy to carry.. I really like the built in flash light it also has.. I took it on a flight back east and had plenty of battery charge in airplane mode.....just tucked it in my purse-carry on..

This is my 2nd one of these chargers. It is so handy that I decided to get 2 .. I get about 2.5 full phone charges out of one. Its great !!!

Excellent portable charger! This is the second one I have purchased because they are so reliable, especially for the price. My family uses these every day and they never let us down.

I got one of these as a promotion from Costco when I bought my iPhone there. I've used it for two years and it has been extremely reliable. When I ordered one on Amazon for my daughter, it came in a box that said it was a Costco product! I don't care about that...it's a really nice product.

The greatest compact charger. Will give you a fully charged phone with every charge. I've had this charger for 3 years now. Not bad for the price
