Headache error 30H messages
Got one lasted only 6 weeks before got a message on the display saying error 30H means lose connection " every thing is is wired correct " failed unit. Now it just sits there "

Die Idee : ein Lastenrad aufzupimpen gelang mit dem theebikemotor hervorragend ! Keine Last ist mehr zu schwer und durch die 5 verschiedenen Unterstützungsstufen sind die Fahrten immer angenehm. Kleines Manko: eine deutsche Erläuterung fehlte . Unbedingt beachten: der Motor ist so stark, dass er mehr als 25 km/h bringt und daher wie ein Fahrrad mit Hilfsmotor versicherungspflichtig anzumelden ist.

MUSS MICH BERICHTIGEN !!!!Hatte anfangs nur 1nen stern gegeben da mein motor kaputt ging und es Schwierigkeiten mit der Kontaktaufnahme gab. Als das jedoch behoben war ist mir der SUPPER Service dieses Unternehmens aufgefallen man hat sich zu 100% dafür stark gemacht das ich meine garantie in vollem umfang geltend machen kann und das dann doch sehr unkompliziert.Vielen dank

This newer better battery changed everything
This is the fourth electric bike i have built. I current have about 220 miles on the kit. I have it installed on a trek 3700 mountain bike. This bike originally had 1000 watt system installed on it and i decided i needed more power for what ever reason. The original tires on the back were 1.95 inch and i am currently running a 2.2 aggressive tread tire. The frame offered a tight fit but we got it on there. Originally i used one of my older batteries that i built on it. This battery was 8ah 13s 48v 7p battery. I could only get he motor to draw up to 1500 watt on the motor so i thought maybe i falsely advertised hub motor. Then I finished my new battery that is a 12ah 13s 48v 8p. This newer better battery changed everything. I weigh 250lbs on full charge it can lift the front end up thru throttle alone. I tow my daughter on her tag along and my twins in a burley de lite cart behind it up any hill with laughable ease. When not hauling my kids i have hit speeds of 45mph with ease. Please be careful with this one and always wear your gear. Install is not easy. Do not use lead acid batteries as they will not handle the amp draw and you will always be running under powered or melting terminals. Build a 18650 pack or buy one from someone who can make one for you.

Good motor, poor instruction
Installation instructions are pretty bad. The connectors on the controller are pretty bad quality.That said, once you do manage to get it all together, its tons of fun and good for about 30 miles on a 20aH 72v battery.
