Tyson Tastemakers Premium Pairings Smoked Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri, Serves 4

These were really tasty and incredibly convenient. The only bad thing I have to say about them is that the instructions might have you over cooking them. That one in the corner was on the grill pan for 10 minutes total and it is completely well done. Still tender but if you want rare like me then tone the time down a bit. These are USDA portion sizes so If you are on a diet like moi, they are perfect. If you want a 16oz steak you will be eating all four of these. Best part about them aside from the flavor, is that you take them out of the fridge peel a plastic lid back and cook. No prep necessary. Steaks in eleven minutes flat.

We bought this yesterday and it was EXCELLENT. It is already on my list for next week. The meat had great flavor and was not a fatty cut. Instead of cooking it on the stove top I threw it on the grill 5 mins each side. It was tender and tasted terrific.

My husband and I loved this steak. It is well seasoned and the sauce puts it over the top. The cuts of steak are thick and filling. It was very easy to prepare. I like this so much more than the kits that come with the sides. I easily paired this with my own sides of choice and it was perfect.

The spice coating/marinade is great - the steak tastes good even without the chimichurri, and that adds even more. I followed the instructions for cooking on the pan, and it turned out well - cooked all the way through but still moist. The whole family (little kids and grown ups) liked this. The amount of meat is just right for 4 if you add enough sides, but will probably not be enough if you have all big eaters. We paired this with sweet potatoes and salad.

This was easy to make. It was convenient with the amazon fresh service. Ordered it at 9am and was waiting on my door step by 5pmI paired it with white rice. Whole meal took 45 min to make (because of the rice)The food tasted delicious, savory and the meat was soft and juicy. Good flavor with the sauce. I would recommend this to friends and family and would buy it again!

I usually enjoy preparing everything I eat at home myself and bought this out of curiosity more than for convenience. It was absolutely delicious. I cooked it on cast iron, and actually tossed the sauce into my vegetables (chickpeas and spinach). Then I sliced the steak and made tacos. This steak is a fairly rich cut; they look small, but for me one piece is a generous portion.

I bought this because of all the great reviews. I guess I am missing something....or these other folks have not tasted quality meat. It is super easy to prepare which was great for a weeknight meal. However, we are used to buying our meat primarily from our local butcher. Having been spoiled to great quality meat, this was edible but not great. Likely will not purchase again.

First time I made this tonight for dinner. My husband and I loved it. Cooked in about 10 minutes or so on the stove. Meat was tender and full of flavor. The chimichurri sauce is excellent. A bit higher in sodium than I like. Will buy again.
