Tastiest Protein Shake - Fruity!!
I was not expecting this protein shake to taste this nice. Surprisingly tastes very fruity like juice! The consistency is more of a fruity milkshake which I was pleasantly surprised by!!! Just add water and not milk. Very impressed will get it again!!

Slightly expensive non-iso whey protein. Decent mix but a bit sweet.
So this version of Amfit whey is what they call their ‘Advanced’ version - which in reality just means it has a higher fat content than their ‘Performance’ version. Sometimes it’s just easier to call a spade a spade if you ask me.On the up-side it comes packaged in a pouch which is preferable to what I perceive as being the more wasteful tubs - which often come with around half the space of the tub being just empty air. The pouch is a suitable design and its volume is well-utilised.Mixability is always a bit of an issue with protein powders. You end up putting in your own preference of water as sometimes the recommended amount can make it too watery, so this is going to be down to personal preference. The recommended amount for this particular one results in a fairly reasonable consistency though.Taste-wise, the flavour I have is a fairly unusual Mango, which is actually quite nice. It is sweet for sure, but depending on your intensity of workout you might appreciate a bit of a sugary hit. That being said it is sweetened with sucralose (as opposed to aspartame) which is ok, although I prefer the more natural stevia sweetener which is a bit less sweet but not as artificial or chemical tasting. For a price of c. £21 for a 1kg pouch, that feels a bit pricey for a non-isolate whey powder, so Amazon might find they need to sharpen their pencil to remain competitive in this crowded sector. Price-aside though they are off to a reasonable start with this standard whey protein.
