Good product
It's a good player with wifi Android apps.But sorry to say that it doesn't match the specifications.It's neither having 4 GB ROM nor bolby 5.1.So I request Amazon not to deliver any mismatched productand save the reputations Amazon as an international shipping site.Sincerely,Rocky

Overall performance is OK .5.1 is not working. I am using Yamaha AVR and connected it with both hdmi and optical cable but no surround sound .any one who knows how to fix it pls inform me

Fantastic product!
This product is amazing :) It turned my normal TV into smart TV. It works as it is expected to function. I thank the seller for advising this product. Works great. I recommend this product to anyone holding a normal TV and want to convert the normal TV into smart TV

Great Media PLayer but Power Adapter is short lived
This is the second Cubetek Media PLayer I bought.I was happy with the fist one which is still giving me good service.But the improvised version of the Cubetek has a problem with its power adapter which stopped wroking within a few months only.I would request the supplier in Bangalore to look into this issue and suggest the solution.There are adapters available in the market but the pins do not match.

Total waste of money
With in a week I am having trouble with the sound, sound is disappearing with in few minuts of playing videos. I tried to contact customer support number which is given in warrenty section of the product but no one is answering my call.

It's display changed to Black & white while using
I recently purchased this item and used for 2 months. Now it's display changed to Black & white automatically. Colour's not displayed.Why? If there is any problem how to rectify? Any service centre is there?

Amazing and great media player available in market .Note.- use esmediaplayer or install mx player for run smooth videos instead of inbuilt kodi playerIn kodi player videos lagging sometime if mkv or other format it runs mp4 video smooth.

Great Product and great value for money
CUBETEK KAISERBAAS is no doubt is a very good option for those who don't want to use costly branded DVD/Bluray players. It plays almost all formats with good resolution . I am using it for my baby for the past 3 months and till now it is working smooth. The only difficulty i am facing is the fonts are too small to read for the settings menu which i think will be sorted out. Otherwise this product is bang for bucks.
