I had a gastric bypass done several years ago. I have been on several vitamins that were ordered by the Dr.because of that surgery. Purchasing all those vitamins were costly but I did it for a long time. To save money I started using these about a year ago. My blood work is fine and I feel the pretty good.. best part is that I have kept the weight off and saved money!

Daily vitamin that's needed. All the same. It goes down with ease not like the big solid ones or chewable.

Love the affordability of these. Didn’t had any issues with nausea when I switched from a more expensive brand. They do have a VERY unpleasant smell so be forewarned. I’ve gotten where I just hold my breath when I open the bottle.

This product works great! For me, it needs to be taken with food or it causes stomach to hurt and can cause nausea.

Great vitamins has everything I need but a very bad strong taste but will still get gives me d writhing joy do for wants me to get in. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking these for 2 years and I loved the original formula: easy to swallow, not a bad taste, felt fine (other than niacin flush reaction sometimes if I didn’t take after eating some food). But now it seems they changed the formula a bit. The smell is strong and unpleasant and these seem like I’m having to gag them down. They also upset my stomach every now and then. PLEASE PLEASE change the formula back to how you had it before. My bloodwork has always been great on these too.For those that get “a rash” do your research and look up niacin flush. This is a sunburn-like temporary rash that spreads across your chest/neck/face/arms. It goes away after a few moments and it’s from the dose of niacin expanding your blood capillaries. It’s normal and not harmful. I find I don’t get the niacin reaction as long as I take the vitamin right before I eat or right after I have some food in my tummy to help absorb things. #themoreyouknow
