It’s great for my makeup vanity table, i can also record easily with my phone all of my youtube videos. You don’t need any batteries you can connect it to a functioning outlet. The light is adjustable too

I bought this for a YouTube channel and it works great. The adjustable brightness is a huge bonus and when it’s at the brightest, it’s blinding. If you’re looking for something bright- this is the product for you.The only reason I took away a star is because it came with zero instructions. I’m not even sure what some of the pieces do or where they’re supposed to go.

Love it already. It doesn’t come with clear instructions but look at picture you will figure it out. It’s very bright.

I loved it so much I ordered a second light. Unfortunately, now one of my lights won't come on at all. I noticed the last two times I used it the light seemed to flicker but didn't pay it no mind. I went to use it moments ago to film a video and NOTHING. I only use this light 2-3 times a week no more than 2-3 hours at a time. I never leave it on when not in use so don't know why it refused to come on. Surely hope it's covered via warranty.UPDATE 1/21/19I contacted the seller and want to thank him for excellent customer service. The seller sent me another ring light at no charge and quick. I am so happy to have another one of these lights and am most satisfied with the service I've gotten thus far. I surely hope the new light and one previously purchased light into eternity. By the way, I use my lights for filming You Tube vidoes. I film in two areas and have a light for each. I love the durability and the clamp which are sturdy. Also, like how the light can be adjusted. This light feels and looks like clear, cool natural light but I'm no expert in lights.

I really wanted this to work, but it just doesn't perform as advertised. The dimming function doesn't work correctly, it only works at %100 otherwise it flickers like it's trying to find the setting, but it never does. The stand is also profoundly cheap and flimsy. This is not worth the price, it's nothing more than a fancy makeup mirror that doesn't function as advertised.

This light is absolutely amazing! I've been working on growing my Instagram account and rely on having good quality photos. Unfortunately, the lighting in my home isn't great so I had to put my makeup table right in front of a window and rely on natural light. However, this kept me from being able to set up a good backdrop that wouldn't tumble over from my dogs or cats running around. After a lot of searching, I found this ring light that fit my tight budget and seemed to have pretty good reviews. I decided to give it a chance and boy, I'm glad I did! This light is BRIGHT. I tried to use the mirror in the center with the light turned as bright as it goes, and it was just way too bright! I suggest using another mirror and not staring into the light! I've been able to set my makeup table away from the window, close the blinds, and use this light day or night to achieve perfect lighting! I am thrilled to finally be able to get great, more professional looking pictures! The extra little phone/camera stand is a nice addition to the bundle, too! It's able to accommodate my relatively large OnePlus 3T perfectly. I absolutely recommend it!

Very effective and compact. I went from the 18 inch with tripod to this one and it saves So much space yet still gives you the studio light. I’d say I’m a satisfied customer.

I just recently purchased this in the Hope's that it would help with my upcoming makeup videos that I started doing! I was a bit skeptical of how bright the light would be... I was so shocked!!!! It is super bright and perfect for filming! I do wish that the stand was able to be adjusted to make it a tab bit higher, but that itsnt really an issue since it's on my makeup desk! The added phone tripod is BOMB AF!!!! No more having to rig my phone when I go live 😂😂 . absolutely love it!!!
