LOVE IT!
I had a Cuisinart that I used twice, it malfunctioned on the second use. After returning and getting my money back, I found this gem! It’s AWESOME, no burning on the lightest setting with the inside being raw and after multiple uses, it has not gotten so hot that the lid melted off and fell in my sink!! Very impressed with the brand, ease of operation, end results of the breads, and the pricing!

It’s ok but still not sure
I’ve been waiting to review this. I’ve made 5 loaves now so I think I’m ready. I’ve been using a bread maker for about 25 years. My old one is not doing so well. I studied all the specs like weight, size and design. Even though there were no reviews yet I decided to go with it. Today’s loaf was very good! It’s louder than I’d like but it’s livable. The first 3 loaves sounded like it was going to break. Today it didn’t do that. I had to adjust my normal recipe a bit but it worked and was good. I kept my box to return if I wasn’t happy with it but today I put it on my shelf to keep. But, if I had it to do over again I probably wouldn’t get this one. I like that it’s light weight but it feels cheap. I’m wondering if it will last.

First look
I just barely got it and this is what I’ve noticed so far. 1. I bought it for the custom mode setting. See pic for how to program. Basically, it tells what it can do, but not how. After fiddling with it for a long time, I finally figured out that you have to push the menu button until it says 19. Then you use the loaf button to toggle between the settings and use the +- buttons to change it. With my machine, the custom mode button is supposed to automatically take you to menu 19, but mine was programmed wrong and takes me to menu 9. Defeats the purpose of the shortcut button. Then, you can’t change the order of the options. They go from stir, rest, stir, ferment 1, ferment 2, ferment 3, bake, warm, off. You can skip any setting by programming that option to 0 minutes. I was hoping to stir and raise again, after a few hours of fermenting, for my personal sourdough recipe. I guess I’ll just have to set my timer and change some of the settings manually. Not a deal breaker. As for the machine itself. The bar that turns the paddle seems awfully small, compared to other machines I’ve used. The paddle feels very cheap. I hope it doesn’t break. It’s says it’s supposed to do a 2lb whole wheat loaf, so I hope it holds up.

Decent bread maker.. and looks good too
This was a replacement for an older cuisinart that died after a few of years use.So far so good.. easy to program with time delay option. Bread is as good as the previous cuisinart. The only negative is that the kneading attachment sometimes remains stuck to the spindle and is difficult to remove and clean - despite soaking for a few hours. But overall very happy with the purchase.

1 star because of NO INSTRUCTIONS on Times
While there is technically a tiny booklet with bad recipes (think very poor translation) this is just not worth it.You haev no idea how long each section goes for , for each program. There should be a booklet that states how long each process goes for on say Sweet bread, or Wheat bread. These machines are not always just add and forget it. If you want to add raisins to it, I have no idea how long that will be.I might as well just make it by hand if I have to sit and babysit it.Not happy, will be returning

Very nice compact bread machine! Easy to use!
This is my first bread machine. I liked the styling. I have a very small kitchen area, and it fits on my kitchen counter and fits on a kitchen shelf. It's very easy to use and cleans up easily. I am not an experienced bread maker, but I have been able to make a nice small French bread, and a nice cornbread already. Very handy to have. Also great that I don't have to turn on the oven in the summer time to make something simple like cornbread. I am looking forward to making pizza dough and fresh pasta dough with the same machine. Love it!

Made a great first loaf
I can't say we have a lot of experience yet.Observations: One button is for start and stop which is pretty silly.Trying to program it is bit a of a pain in the neck. The cord is kind of short.I wonder how long the bucket is going to last - it's made of lightweight aluminum andthe paddle assembly is riveted in place. We'll see...
