Heavy Duty EGR Cooler for 2008-2012 Volvo & Mack D13, MP8 This is a heavy duty EGR Cooler for a Volvo Mack diesel. Our process begins with a factory OEM EGR cooler. The EGR cooler is ultrasonically cleaned and both ends are removed. The EGR cooler then goes through a series of tests to ensure the integrity of the core structure. The tubes are re-welded as needed. The end caps are TIG welded back on to the housing. Finally, the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a properly working factory cooler.
