Nice belt but smaller than it should be...order one or two sizes more than your measured waist
Great belt. Order several inches larger than your measured waist because the belt for your waist size is only about an inch beyond the buckle.

Very durable and meaty
I was in the market for a belt that is durable and long enough for multiple uses in case of emergencies and this belt perform greatly. The length is great and is almost too long but you can always trim some, you cant add any. The actual belt is a thick nylon webbing and is hefty and I would have no doubts this could hold my body weight if needed. The clip is the only downfall to this belt and the reason for 4 stars. The clip is actually a hard plastic and is a little big, I felt it jabbing into my bladder area multiple times, and sitting down was a little uncomfortable. Maybe there is a modification to this like putting the clip to the side but I wasn't able to find any. The clip does its job though!! I never had the belt loosen up at all.The belt is a perfect fit to hold a knife sheathe and to fit through most belt loops for use on casual pants.PROS-thick-long-doesn't loosen up any-webbing is tight with no loose fibers-still somewhat flexibleCONS-belt clip is beefyThis belt is perfect for a camper, hiker, or survivalist.

Reliable and Comfortable Duty Belt
Reliable and Comfortable Duty BeltThis duty belt is exactly what I needed. It fits well, adjusts easily, and stays secure throughout the day. The durability is top-notch, holding up to daily use without any issues. It also distributes weight well, making it comfortable even when carrying gear. If you’re looking for a solid, dependable duty belt, this one does the job perfectly. Highly recommend.

Buckle Protrudes, belt occasionally slips
During 30 years of LE I used and owned many 5.11 products. I never had this particular belt, but thought it would work well for a concealed carry belt. The belt itself is flimsy, but ok for a small to medium weapon support. The buckle is plastic. That part I wanted, so that it wasn't magnetic. I expected the buckle to sit flatter against my waist, but by design, it Protrudes. That is probably also the cause of the belt occasionally loosening up. I didn't want to have to spend twice the money on a belt for BDU style pants, but I may have to, just to get one that functions better.

Not a paid review, just a honest experience!
I don't like it when people give 1 star because of logistical problems (like shipping issues), so I'm going in with a review on the ACTUAL PRODUCT. I don't write reviews, but this belt is really good... also I'm been wearing it for four months and it's not fair when people give a review with first use. I wasn't paid nor given any product for this review. This is straight-up my honest experience.I am a BMX trick rider (by recreation, but I ride a lot) and I wanted a belt that was sturdy, held well, and didn't have a buckle that pinches or cuts. What interested me in this belt was the price, the buckle system, the material and the buckle itself - it has not disappointed me!Riding my bike, it holds perfectly. After a week or so of breaking in, the "bulkiness" - that some have complained about - that the belt material makes on the buckle is gone and it lays flat when fastened. The belt is super light. I wear it casually, and it holds perfect. I don't tuck in my shirt when I'm casual, but if you do, it looks just fine. I don't like the "tactical" look, but if that's your jam - it's subtle.I was skeptical of the plastic buckle, but it is great. It solves the issues of pinching or cutting a metal buckle may have, and it is much lighter. It holds very well; I have not experienced any slipping. The buckle material is that of typical buckles and fasteners you may find on a backpack or luggage (delrin?).We travelled to London and Paris for two weeks and didn't remove my belt through the metal detector - didn't have to - it's plastic! So this is an added benefit for any travelers.I'd have to say that this is my favorite belt, ever. For anybody who does any kind of physical activity in jeans - this is the one to get - but for the casual wearers, enjoy a lightweight belt that holds well. Also, I can see the practicality of survivalist stuff moreso with this belt than any other buckle system. Having gone on long distance bike/camping cycling adventures I could see applying this belt to other uses. The 511 name lives up to the reputation of quality products.
