Love the weight of it and the sound is good
Absolutely love this microphone. Sure, it’s a go-to brand for a lot of serious artists and performers, but we’re just using it for our home karaoke setup—and honestly, it still feels like we’re holding something professional. It’s got a solid weight to it, not flimsy or plasticky like some cheaper mics, and it feels great in the hand. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with none of that hollow, tinny vibe you get from budget gear. Even in our not-so-soundproof living room, voices come through clean and balanced. It’s definitely leveled up our karaoke nights—now we almost sound like we know what we’re doing. For the price, this mic punches above its weight, and it’s earned a permanent spot in our setup.

Excellent great sounding mike
My voice sounded perfect over the PA at the racetrack using this mike. Very nice on off switch, easy on the thumb, Well balanced feels right at home when hanging on to it. Can't go wrong with Shure.

Great quality. Over a year using it and it feels and sounds great. Just keep in mind that you have to be careful with the switch because it feels a bit fragile

IF YOU HAVE TO ASK, YOU DON'T KNOW THE LEGEND
I've been hearing about the Shure SM58 since I was a kid in high school 40 years ago. Only now did I have the need to buy a microphone, and I was very glad to learn that the SM58 is still around and doing it right. I love the additon of the on-off switch. This mic just works. For the price I consider it a great value to own such a legendary workhorse!

The Best Microphone Ever!!!!
I love my mic! The sound quality is flawless! The mic quality is the industry standard! This mic is used in just about every recording you've ever heard, by just about every famous musician, as well as in every concert you've been to! It is heavy enough, but not too heavy, and has lots of value for the money. It is not too expensive for a professional microphone. And Shure is the best company for microphones. Highly recommended! Comes with a case too!
