I think maybe the other reviewer had bad luck. I counted my pipe cleaners three times over to make sure I had them all and I ended up 99. Good enough for me! They seem pretty high quality and I can't wait to turn them into a new sign for my school library.

The product worked well for my particular project. They are described and pictured correctly.

Save your money, I paid for 100 and after counting then I only received 40. And there's no way of contacting seller other than sending back, but we are in need of them, now.

Cheap made, cheap looking. You can see the wire. Thin. Didn't work for my craft project. I ended up throwing them in a discard pile. Would not recommend.
