Excellent product but has a USA plug
Purchased for my mother who has AMD. She is thrilled with it. She just needs to remember to use it. Only fault was it arrived with USA plug do we had to purchase an adapter

Beware! Not a good experience.
The lamp arrived late, having been shipped from the USA.It is designed to work on 120v power, not 240v, and has a US plug on it. This is not stated on the product listing or details.A 120v adapter costs about £10-15, which the seller reluctantly agreed to pay for. Once plugged in, it ran for about two hours before failing. When I asked for a return to the seller I was given a return label to send it back to the USA, which is hardly environmentally friendly as they will almost certainly scrap it on arrival. In the plus side, it’s well made, sturdy and attractive, although my wife found the magnification a little strong for the sewing she wanted to use it for.Additional information:- Having returned the lamp as stated above, I then waited three weeks, and still hadn’t got a credit note for it. I eventually got a credit by phoning Amazon and making a claim on their A-Z guarantee system. I note the lamp is still for sale in the UK, and STILL has no reference that it is 120v. This is NOT a supplier I will be dealing with again!
