After taking magnesium for a couple of months, I've come to the conclusion that magnesium is one of the most underrated and important minerals that is lacking in our diets. Seems to be working well!

I wanted this to work for me, I WANTED IT TO WORK SOOOO MUCH, but it doesn't. My doctor had me start to take 500mg of Magnesium Citrate nightly about 3 months ago for migraines that I have been suffering from at least 4 days a week for over 15 years; so as soon as I left her office, I stopped at Walmart for it. Unfortunately, they only sold "MAGNESIUM CITRATE" in these huge pills by a brand labeled "Spring Valley" in 100mg capsules; therefore, I had to take 5 a night which I have done for the past few months AND I HADN'T HAD A MIGRAINE SINCE---UNTIL 3 DAYS AFTER STARTING THIS BRAND! I prayed this product would be my answer when I saw the 500mg in 1 simple pill on Amazon, but unfortunately this brand is not working for me. This is the only variable that has changed so I am sure it's just this brand that is not working for me.
