Truck Owner's Friend
If you have a truck, you know how inconvenient it can be to get a small item from the front of the bed. This works fine without having to remove the bed cover. Secret I learned, if you have suitcases with retractable handles, leave the handle up and extend out slightly to get an easy grip.

Love this product and use it for getting logs out of the lake
Very well built and strong product. Easy to use and does exactly what it says. Use it a lot in the boat to move logs and stuff out of the way.

Excellent tool!
I haven’t used it yest as it just arrived yesterday. I purchased this to help push off my boat when in shallow water or to assist getting into a a mooring spot and several other boating uses. The item arrived in a huge box that could have been a quarter of the size, but was in perfect shape and upon inspection, this is a very high quality build. Extends easily and the clips hold in place. Looking forward to using. So far, glad I bought it.

Changed my review from 5 to 1
Bought this boat hook in December loved it, and price and quality. Even gave it 4-5 stars. Well I’ve been using it on the water for a month now most of May and half of June and boy have I changed my mind. It is garbage. First the locking clips don’t hold and it will telescope when you need to push or pull with it. When it gets wet the locking clips hold even less. Second, they painted it black. Holy mackerel does it get hot. It gets so hot I had to dip it into water to cool it so I could hold on to it. My old silver one didn’t get that hot.So if you want a real working boat hook these telescoping ones are crap. After owning a high quality telescoping hook that my kids bent, and now this ever sprout 3 section telescoping hook that won’t lock and slips when you need it most, I’m changing over to a wooden shaft fixed length boat hook. Why?? Cause in an emergency like trying to save a person or pet, or when coming into a dock when conditions are bad, you need to be able to depend on your equipment. The US Coast Guard still uses 12 foot (one piece) wood boat hooks. Strong, durable,a little on heavy side, never to hot or cold to touch with bare hand, and they float. If made right a metal hook on wood shaft boat hook when dropped in water the hook goes down and the handle will stick straight up, out of the water, so you can grab it. Some times old tech is the best tech. I’m buying a 6’6” wood shaft ( stainless hook) boat hook. Cause I need dependable when things go sideways.

Handy compact. Easy to use!!
Beautiful telescopic pole for your boat or your pickup truck to pull stuff out when you need it. And it's also really handy so you can fold it up. Small!!
