I received my product on Friday and I’ve worn it everyday since and I must say so far I’m happy with the product. I do agree that it’s shorter than I expected it don’t cover your entire stomach. I’m 5’1 and 125 lbs so I ordered a small, but other than that its made with a good material that’s firm enough to help posture but fits comfortably. I did not give 5 stars solely because it’s not as long as the picture shows.

My husband got this for me because I told him I needed a waist trainer to wear while working out. The size does work for me because I’m very petite, but if you’re a bigger person with a larger/longer torso this would be too small for you. It will NOT cover that lower belly section that most women have as a problem area and will actually make that lower belly roll worse if that is a problem area for you. It somewhat does its job, however I have had more comfortable waist trainers before (the ribs on this one make it very hard to bend and move while wearing it). If you plan to work out hard while wearing this, it isn’t going to work for you. It will inhibit your range of motion too much. I’d say immediately after a tough workout out put it on while you’re still sweating and keep it on for an hour. It will slim your waist that way. Be advised this product is definitely bulky. You could never wear it under clothing.Overall It is not good or terrible. I’m neutral on it. I’d be very unhappy with it though if I was not already fit with problem areas I thought this was going to help fix.

Do not be fooled- waist trainers do not make you lose BODY FAT. But, they will make you drop extra water. Don't use this if you think you're going to wind up with a snatched waist. Only diet will do that for you. But what this waist trainer will do is train your muscles to stay tight and supported, helping control your core and also giving you back support at the same time. I've used this throughout my bikini competition prep during almost every single cardio session, and it's helped me greatly learn how to control my stomach for posing on stage. Only critique with waist trainers in general, not necessarily specific to this one, but its that if you're wearing it during cardio and need to drink water or BCAAs etc, you might find it a bit uncomfortable as your stomach bloats a bit.Water thats shed from the waist trainer will come back soon, so don't think this product will cancel out years of bad diet and nutrition. Nothing is that easy. But if you use it for what it's designed for, you'll be happy with this.

The belt has good support. Not as good as my old one and major failed on one part. The shape of the two ends of the Velcro is not the same. The hook part is larger than the loop, so it is very easy to stick to my under clothes when using it. The belt can’t stay in the right place. Hook sticks on the clothes, it Damage two of my t shirt already.
