I split up the maximum amount into two times of consumption. I take 3/4 of it before bedtime and 1/4 of it if I need it during the night to calm my mind and help get me back to sleep.

Tastes good, but most importantly it works!No groggy feeling or difficult awakening in the morning, but it helps me actually get sleepy on time so that I can fall asleep.I’ve been trying to solve my issues for years now with magnesium (hot chocolate version, bath bomb transdermal version and spray on skin directly version) , cbd gummies, vitamin B, adaptogens, and I think this finally did it. First thing I can say ACTUALLY makes a significant noticeable difference.

I tried taking this while on an anxiety med, and it made me depressed. I was going to toss these away like the other supplements with the same effect. But I got off the anxiety med, and I tried L-Theanine again. No depression. So these might not work if you take an anxiety med or drink alcohol (a depressant). I only take 100 mg once or twice a day. If I'm working (stress!), I take 200mg a day. Otherwise, I take 100mg before sleep. I could probably take 200mg 2X a day and be okay, but I'm trying to save money. These supplements help with sleep and anxiety. I can't drink tea, so I have to take these. I'm surprised that something OTC can help with anxiety. I have PTSD too. So my anxiety is severe. I recommend trying these but maybe start with a 1/4 dose if you already take anything that slows your body down. Good tasting too.

These are very crumbly. The dose is pretty high so I thought I could use a pill cutter. It was a mistake. No matter how slow or fast I tried to cut these, they crumbled into dust.
