Easy to use, and covers all of my roots between full dye days. Seamless color transition. Much less expensive than other brands bc you get 2 bottles. My hair didn't fall out like it did with the other brands I've tried, so I think it's gentler than other brands.

Have this on a monthly subscription. It does a great job at covering up the white hairs at the root. Quick and easy application. Usually leave it on my hair for 15 minutes before rinsing it out. Typically lasts for 6-8 washes before color starts to slowly fade

I didn’t have the hassle of putting the dye in a bowl to color my hair it came in a bottle with an attachment that went right to the root and through the top part of my hair.

I've been dyeing my graying hair for many years now, and the most annoying part is that the gray (or, more accurately, white) always grows out first right up front, next to my eyes, where it makes my whole face look washed out. And the part that grows in first is definitely what they call "resistant grays": it doesn't take my regular hair color (Madison Reed) easily, and it's hard to color it down to the roots without dyeing half my face, too. Even right after I've dyed it, those tufts in front look paler than the rest.But this product? Solved the issue! It gives VERY thorough coverage, VERY fast; it blends in perfectly with my all-over color; and it doesn't fade over the coming weeks. Of course, it smells much more intensely of ammonia than I'm used to, too, but that's the price you pay for a quick application of a lot of pigment, I guess.Anyway, thanks, fellow Amazon reviewers! I love to use this Root Rescue for inbetween salon visits, when I just want to touch up the grey in my roots. It works fantastic and covers my grays nicely and looks like I just came from a salon. I always use the Dark Auburn Red color. I highly recommend this root color!

It was so hard to review this. The product, itself, is excellent! It's hardly messy and quite simple to use. And the color really takes hold in 10 minutes; what they say, and not double the time like with some other products. My issue, however, is that it is much darker than it claims. It doesn't even match the box color. It is more like a very dark brown. If it were true to its color, I would have given it 5 stars, but it is very far off of the claimed color.

Pesky heir dyeing comes around too soon. With this, got yo keep my roots from showing, plus it helps style my hair how I want it.Those powder hair thickeners and between dye jobs: they do an inferior job.This is fast and simple. Love it lots. My boyfriend borrows mine, so I just give it to him. He uses it all at one time, because it looks natural.
