It is a delicious snack!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I first saw this at the grocery store and thought it’d be a good midday snack or lunch substitute. It sure was! Then, I saw it on clearance and the next time I went they were gone, so of course, I turned to Amazon. At first the price for one box was $4- ridiculous, as in the store they were about $2. Then the price reduced back to $2 here and so I’m snatching them up 2 boxes at a time. They’re so delicious, I add it to 12oz of hot water in my mug, stir, and warm it up in the microwave for about 45 more seconds because I like my soup hot. After that, the noodles are nice and tender too. It’s also low calorie and relatively low sodium for a soup. I’d highly recommend this!

Soup we used to keep by the hot water dispenser at the office.
We used to have this at the office. It’s a little something when you’re not very hungry. I was looking for this soup and was happy to find it again to enjoy with my sandwich.

Easy and only your cup to clean up/
Very nice to have something this easy. I do add a tad of Chicken buillion for a tad more flaver.I use 10 oz of water and no more/no less.

Good, but too salty!
It's tasty, but it would be great if the company made a low or lower sodium version.

Great to keep in my desk at work for a quick lunch. The only downside is you need use two packets at once to get a full mug.

Price doubled in two days!
I used to have this soup almost every day as a child in the 70s, before the addition of carrots and when the noodles were thinner. The last time I had it, which has been a few years, I thought the taste may have changed a bit over the decades.Although my tastes have changed since I was 8 and I'm not a big "soup person" these days, I thought it would be a good item to have in our emergency tote - you know, what the government tells you to have in case of a natural disaster or something - because the shelf life would be almost forever and all that is needed is hot water, plus it's one serving, not 4 or 6 if you have no electricity to run the refrigerator. At the price, it didn't break the bank and it was just a nice addition to our emergency stash. I'm sure the taste is still ok for that purpose. My problem with this product is that two days after I made my order, I thought it might be a good idea to get a couple extra boxes for my in-laws, but when I pulled up my previous order, the price had gone up from $1.87 a box to $4.67. But yet when I look on the website for one of our local stores, it shows they still carry it for $2.19. That's an increase of what - 150% or so? Are they thinking there's going to be a run on this soup or something now? Anyway, I guess I'll pick it up at my local grocery store for my in-laws. Price check before ordering to see if your local store carries it for half the price. I did order a few more boxes of the cream of chicken version for my in laws since it's still $2.19 a box as of today.
