This is a good book for beginners and expert runners alike. One good thing is that author has given many examples from his own running life

Such a wonderful book , it's so well written that even a beginner can understand ,I have made lot of mistakes while running and this book has all the answers to correct them.From selecting the footwear , running form , cadence, finding right sock , how to strike your feet, how much to run, what should be your approach , each and every point is well explained ,This book has lot offer if you are a runner and life changing if you are not because you will become one after reading.About the Author: Kapil Arora , well this man can do anything and everything he wants to do, he's running from past 2 decades and have run most prestigious races around the world that includes 3-4 Ironmans , couple of comrades (90km), and many national and international running events around the globe and have been a tough competitor.Once you read the book you will able to identify your mistakes and correct them by yourself.I am lucky enough to work with kapil sir and amazed by his work ethic and champion mentality.He wants to win and he puts in win worth effort.This book is Highly Recommended if you want to self coach your running.

A Guide book every runner must have
Each chapter answers a question. Very precisely, each mistake is defined and solutions written.As a runner, if all these basic mistakes are corrected, one will become a better runner.Core training workouts and injury prevention details also mentioned.Many doctors, Ultramarathoners and Ironmans triathletes personal experiences are also mentioned.Written in a easy to understand language, this book is helpful for every runner.

Useful book!
A very useful book, for all medium distance runners... Whether new or experienced.It has invaluable tips on how to get the best out of your runs and races.Written in a jargon free language all can understand, the tips are presented in an interesting format of 21.1 tips - the Half marathon distance.

Only for beginners
Only for beginners. Much of it is learnt during self practice only. Expected some more details which would have guided me. Most of it was already on media through different platforms.Regarding eating right and exercising right more could have been done. Very less guidance.
