So recently I involved with home automation things and I really enjoyed it so what makes this product perfect first thing it was the best IR in which can receive your remote signal and gives you the perfect settings for it without handling it manually.As example in UAE general air conditioner system are popular here in the region so I have tried many IR,'s before no one of them gives me that option where it try to get one single (infrared) and gives you the best remote setting for that all other systems I've tried you need to enter remote setting manually for every button.Over all it was amazing product and it was nice experience and I recommend to get one if you are interested.

Extremely useful device to have. Currently using it to control my split acs, humidifiers, tvs, speaker amps, anything with an IR remote capability. It does allow you to even program you own remote functions in BUT it requires you to actually have the original remote to face it for programming so if you're looking to replace a remote that you don't have, it can be a little frustrating finding the correct profile for your device.

Highly recommended to use in place of all your remotes, its so easy to setup and install.Control all the remote things from your mobile or either by voice with google home.Every member of home can control from his her mobile.Works perfectly when you are even outside also.A must have part in your smart home.Using it since almost 1year, no issue and very durable, fallen many time, got hit many time but no problem at all.Biggest thing is that the seller is very friendly and responds promptly, he almost gave me full time support in installation and understandings as he is paid for doing installations.

Not bad product in-term of its price.. I bought 2 of them, they are generally fair for the TV, but once it comes to Air condition, they are really hard to deal with. I had to creat a lot of scenes to get it to work with Alexa (even Alexa gets confused sometimes) and there are many commands to work with, that my brain can’t coop with!Update:I currently received another BroadLink to serve my office as the previous one is placed at my home, but the newer version wouldn’t connect to Alexa, neither allow any controls to take place, also I’ve noticed a sound of shaking part(s) inside it, so I’ve requested a refund and I’ll purchase it again from the same seller once this issue got solved as I’ve reported the issue to BroadLink and they working it out!

What a very useful little device! I connected my TV, home theater, fans, and the thermostat AC on this tiny little powerful device! It has a fantastic 360 range which managed to get all my devices from one far place, I highly recommend it if you're in the market for cheap smart home conversion.P.s this only supports IR, it does NOT support Bluetooth remote controllers.

Amazing product. Works very well as mentioned. The think I love the best about this is its very small but very powerful and makes Home automation very cheap without any expensive upgrades. I was able to automate everything singleDevice that supports IR. I see many complain about not integrating with Google Home but it works for me and I was able to integrate using the IHC and BroadLink app together. Though there is no out of the box automation using google home but spending sometime on the product will help you realize how it’s done. Would definitely recommend buying and would place order for more in future.
