Delicious Results and Practical Guidance!
I’ve tried several recipes from this cookbook and every single one turned out beautifully! The instructions are clear, easy to follow, and the tips throughout the book make it feel like you have a baker friend guiding you. The bread I made was not only successful but absolutely delicious—crusty on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. This book is incredibly practical, whether you’re just starting out or already love baking at home. Highly recommend to anyone who wants consistent, tasty results from their own kitchen!

Easy, successful, & delicious!
Every recipe is turning out great! So happy with this book. It even has tips that really help.It would be better if it were spiral bound. Recipe books should always lay flat. But it’s workable with something on the other side.

Not what I expected
Update: I had to add a star. I made the sunflower seed bread yesterday and it came out deliciious. I did sub buttermilk powder for the nf milk powder (because I didn't have any) and sub 1 Tbsp gluten for part of the flour because I just do that. I believe it gives me a better loaf, but it probably isn't necessary, especially if you are using bread flour.I also like that this book offers the choice of a 1 lb loaf for all recipes. All of the rest that I said in my original review holds true. But there is a place for this book and at least some of the recipes within.I do wish that weights had been included along with cup measurements. But most cookbooks don't. :(Previous review: If I had paid more than $5 for this book I would return it. If you are very new to bread making, or if you only want convenience from your bread machine, this book may be helpful. I am hard put to find a single recipe that I am motivated to try. Onion bread is made with onion flakes. Pineapple banana sounded good until I realized that there was a whole cup of sugar added. Lots of use of garlic powder instead of real garlic. Lots of candied fruit in the holiday breads. Yuk. And lots of bread with coffee granules. I love coffee, but I don't think I want it in my bread. And then there are a whole bunch of just funky recipes like "Pretty Borscht Bread". Another one I'm not even tempted by.I bought this book because I love bread. I even love making bread. But even retired I don't have an entire day to devote to a loaf of bread. So I use my bread machine. And I'm willing to take a few extra minutes to chop the onion to get a superior loaf of bread. I'm sure the recipes in this book are edible (and certainly easy) but I want more.

Bread Machine Cookbook
I love this recipe book! Most of the time I don't like to order cookbooks because the dishes are not for me. This Bread Machine Cookbook is full of many different, simple, and common breads. It's about an inch thick! 235 pages!

Beware inaccurate measurements
I was excited to get this cookbook but like many others have said, I am confused by some of the measurements. There are no gram measurements in this cookbook. When I measured 4 cups according to the cookbook recipe it was over 650 g of flour when typically 4 cups = 500ish g flour. Also confused why it says in almost every recipe to use your basic bread setting when every recipe uses the fast acting yeast. My bread maker clearly states to use the Quick setting when instant fast acting yeast is used. Clearly the cook time and rise times are WAY different depending on what is used. So really, none of this matches up to my manufacturer instructions. I used my best judgement to make the brioche recipe and I'm glad I did. I did not use 4 cups of flour, I used 500 g then added maybe a tablespoon or two during the add time because it was visibly sticky; I also did not use the Basic setting on my maker, I used the Quick since rapid rise yeast was used. It turned out great but I am going to have to convert and question every recipe for trying. I will make a few others and will update my review if anything changes.
