The BEST customer service I have ever received!
After purchasing, a very large and bulky product, the team helped me in every way possible.Their customer service, active ovr the weekend, is second to none. They are kind , friendly, and more than helpful. They respond quickly and are willing to go that extra mile to make the customer happy.Be sure you know what you are buying, these systems , are really for total off grid, for example- your office at the end of the garden, with no power. This would be ideal.Or a static caravan with no power. The best thing to do would be to call customer service or leave them a message, they will describe what the system can and cannot do.Honestly the best customer service I have ever received.

System seems to be working properly now. Customer support getting there ...
My original review was very harsh because of a questionably designed, poorly performing inverter and a total lack of customer support. After writing that review, I was contacted by EcoWorthy customer support who were very keen to resolve any issues so that I could withdraw/edit my review. It's a shame that I had to make such a (public) fuss before I received that support, that's not the way it should be, companies need to understand that it doesn't matter how good their products are if their customer support is no good. I have been assured that if I face any subsequent problems, I will receive support, I hope that is the case. So, this revised review is meant to reflect the quality of the (replacement) products and the (hopefully continuing) customer support ...The panels seem ok. To be perfectly fair, I admit/accept that the positioning of my panels is not ideal. My shed has an East-West facing roof, there are houses to the East, a large Elm tree (which the council refuses to cut even though it rested on and wrecked my previous shed roof!), trees to the South and more houses to the West. Nevertheless, my house solar which has half the array facing East and half facing South, and is 10+ years old so I assume/hope the EcoWorthy panels are more modern and superior, works well and on a nice Summer’s day peaks around 2Kw and generates over 10Kw a day, and around 2Mw a year. So, I assumed that placing 2 panels on the East facing roof and 4 on the West facing roof would work ok, but I may have been wrong! I fitted the system in August, the most I got was about 650w in the afternoon, which is consistent with 4 panels working. I am considering emptying and turning the shed through 90 degrees next Spring and then placing all 6 panels, horizontally in two rows, on the South facing roof. If/when I have done that, I expect the Spring-to-Autumn (when the sun is higher in the sky) solar input to hit the advertised peak of 1Kw, if not I will be contacting EcoWorthy again and have been assured that they will help. The batteries seem ok though only time (5 years plus) will truly tell. It's rather confusing trying to determine exactly what the battery voltage should be as the booklet supplied with each battery doesn't correspond to the figures on their American website (I couldn't find anything specific on the UK/European website) or the generally accepted battery voltages for LiFePo4 batteries which is meant to be around 14.4v when fully charged down to around 12.8v at 10%. Additionally, the inverter seems to be set to charge to a voltage higher than that specified in the booklet and deplete to a voltage lower than specified in the booklet! I have found that 13.6-13.8v when unloaded (disconnected) seems to indicate fully charged and that battery depletion, allowing for inverter power consumption, seems to be consistent with that. I did have a problem with one battery not charging properly, maxing out around 13.3v, which EcoWorthy replaced no charge. I bought a load-tester (with which I intend to test the batteries after disconnecting them if/when it gets colder) to check the batteries capacity to see if it’s similar to the advertised 1280wh.Aside from their customer support, my original review was very scathing about the inverter for a number of reasons. EcoWorthy sent me a replacement inverter, the yellow one now shown in the Amazon listing.I don't know if my original inverter was faulty. But the new one, even though it still has some shortcomings, is so much better insomuch as it seems to work, it doesn't sap the batteries overnight (by never turning off the heat-dissipation fans ... surely a faulty stat on the old inverter?) and the user-interface is so much better ... unlike the old white inverter which bizarrely had only one up/down (so really only UP !) button, the yellow inverter sensibly has separate up/down buttons (and a seemingly faster processor) which makes it so much easier to navigate the menus and change settings. It still beeps every time you press a button (why?) and I can't find any way to turn it off, but given that I don't have to press the buttons repeatedly for some of the settings (e.g changing the charging current which has 60 settings!) it's not such a big deal. So, with the replacement inverter (and battery) the system now seems to be working as it should AND as I would expect it to. I have my pond (pump and UV filter) running off the system via a timer, when the timer is off the inverter cools down and the fans turn off and don't sap the batteries overnight. Perfect, as it should be.As I wrote above, the inverter still has some shortcomings, things I think it should do, things I would like it to do ...1. I don't think it's as easy as it could be to find certain information, yes it's there but not it could be easier. I wish there were a couple user-defined info pages.2. There is no daily/total solar input data. I'm pretty sure that every customer would like to have this information so I find it strange that it's not available.3. There really should be a way to turn off the button-beep!4. I installed the app and tried connecting the wireless module, it was patchy, I couldn't get it to work consistently so gave up. For all I know, there is more information available via the app AND you might/should be able to update the inverter firmware? Apparently, I'm not the only person who has had problems with this, so maybe EcoWorthy should investigate.5. Given that the inverter can (and does) charge the batteries, it would be really nice if there were a feature (a button) to charge the batteries. It would avoid the need to have to purchase a separate charger. Given that it's recommended to not charge/use the batteries below a certain temperature (which could occur this Winter if it's anything like last Winter!) and to store batteries with a certain charge, having the facility to charge the batteries prior to disconnection would be very useful.Customer Support. It took a long time and a very negative review but I did finally get good customer support which I think deserves recognition. I was contacted by phone from Germany (by somebody who probably wished they hadn’t called me I was less than pleasant!) and by email (by Angel, a fitting name, as he was very helpful) and again by phone from Germany (I was more pleasant that time, gave a full account of what had happened). I just hope that I (and all other customers) continue to get this level of support.I recommend the addition of a PV isolation switch/fuse (e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BRCMTRF2) for safety. And a battery isolation switch (e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08C2G83H3) which makes (re)connecting the batteries less "exciting".I have awarded 4 stars (let’s be fair, 3 means ok/average, 4 means good, 5 means excellent) to reflect the subsequent (and hopefully continued) level of support, the replacement items and that the system now seems to be working as it should. But it would have been 5 stars if I had received that support at the start!

Great system, but not great company for warranty issue.
System is great BUT, company dont like keeping or helping to warranty issues. Battery failed after a few months, still trying to resolve with them to get a replacement. But overall the system is easy to install and good.

A good starter system
The kit is very complete only critisisms are that the supplied battery leads are very short, so I needed to order extra cable and crimps to make up longer leads.Additionally it could really do with some fuses and means of isolation in the system especially the battery leads ....just as insurance if a component fails.Otherwise it seems very complete system.I have not finished installtion at time of writing but have done quick tests with 4 of the supplied 6 panels and everything seems fine.I did have a problem with 2 panels. (hence my test with only 4)1 panel was smashed when it arrived (probably the couriers) and the other panel had a cell with an visually obvious fault. However I must say customer service from the seller was fantastic and the problems were resolved quickly and politely, and I highly commend them on this.

Customer support non existent
I have a Eco-Worthy solar system, and have trouble with the inverter. The fan keeps running 24 hours a day, even though there is no load and it is dark outside. This flattens the batteries over night then has to charge them during the day. I have contacted the company 3 times and been told someone will contact me but still waiting. I think they are stalling until the warranty runs out, but as I understand because I contacted them before they are still liable. If I don’t get any response my next action would have to be county court action. Very sad as all they had to do was to change or repair the inverter fan. After a while I did have contact and the problem was sorted very quickly. I was sent a new inverter, the one I should have had in the first place. So I am happy to increase my star rating to 4

The white inverter is terrible
So this seller is not the UK franchise as they say in their title. They are a Chinese reseller who get the items off the UK franchise to sell on Amazon. Thus communication is very slow waiting a day for every message to be replied to at 3-4 in the morning UK time. The package I got had the white inverter which is terrible, always loud fans and falsely advertised as having communications via serial and usb. After months of trying to resolve this and not getting to a reasonable outcome. I escalated it with Amazon pointing out that other users were now having the same issues and many the inverters were dead on arrival or failed quickly. The official UK company pulled the inverter from their website while the Amazon reseller kept selling them. Eventually the escalation and the inverter randomly shutting off with a fault code it shouldn’t have had, they agreed to refund the inverter value so I could get an alternative. The rest of the package has been fine, and I’ve had other items from them that are good. But somehow no one had actually checked that the white inverter was fit for purpose or even did what was advertised and stated in its manual.
