I love this! Some people have said that it's wobbly, but I haven't experienced that at all. Maybe they are not adjusting it to be tight enough. I do Nordic curls with this attached to the bottom of the door and a band at the top. It's perfect. Then I do reverse Nordics with the band. A great leg workout with minimal equipment.

The NordStick Nordic Hamstring Curl Strap is an incredible tool for strengthening hamstrings. Oh, but for a word of caution. I’m 74, and lead an active life in the Northwoods of Minnesota, and have always been aware of the imbalance between the quadriceps and Hamstrings. My cabin is a MacGyver labyrinth of exercise devices, and this hamstring curl strap is the cat’s meow. Unless your hamstrings are strong and supple, I would very strongly advise the use of a support like a balance ball to lower and raise yourself to the start position. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said repetitively in the short edition of Education of a Body Builder, concentrate on the muscle group upon which you are working. A balance ball will enable you to do so as you lower and then raise yourself. You will be in total connection with your hamstrings from the higher to lower portions and everything in between, with little to no fear of pulling or tearing your hamstrings. As you become more comfortable with this device, it’s easy to adjust how much or little you require the balance ball.I’ve also begun using The hamstring curl strap for reverse crunches. An added benefit is stretching one’s pecs, which will help loosen shoulder tightness, as you go through the reverse crunch. This is a fantastic fitness tool!

Hard to use, the draw strip is not as easy to adjust as in the videos. At least the one I received and the ball under the door is not the same as in the videos. Company name is only found in a small area of the item seems like I may have been sent a knock off. Not sure but not as happy as hoped but I'll keep trying to make it work for me.

If you can see the picture, you know exactly what this strap does and what it doesn't do. If you don't have a really robust door to wedge this under (or you're afraid of pulling against the frame), you can wedge it under any very heavy thing. I have it tied around the leg of my couch, for example.The foam is very high-density and comfortable. The strap is adjustable, so I can't really imagine a setup for which this product *won't* work. If you're into nordic curls, this will work for you!

So far has held up construction-wise, but I am not long into its use. Immediately noticed is that the cylinder that holds on the opposite side of the door could be larger - my doors have highly variable clearances, and some were so far off the ground that with enough force the securing cylinder squished under the door and came out. Additionally, the way the adjustment strap is designed, it holds length under tension but not at all when not under tension. So you will likely need to adjust it every single time. Poorly designed adjustment buckle.Accounting for all this, if you are mindful in use of the NordStick, it can serve you well in doing Nordic Curls without needing a full bench.
