Good product

I love all these Dals Foods products. I dont even get them for their low carb aspect. I just like the great amount of fiber in each serving (24g in this!). I started off with their Slimovina and fell in love with it. Have ordered it 6 times now in the past 16 months. Great for thickening anything super quick and easy (way easier than flour, cornstarch, etc) and it adds nutrtion-- so loaded with fiber!. I'll take a brothy soup and add it in which turns it into a thick creamy like base. Really neat for making a chicken soup base feel like a chicken pot pie.Then I wanted to try their other options, and so I have been buying a bag of something regularly. I now love "fu fu". A dough ball of the sort. Took me awhile to knack of creating it, but it really adds bulk to a meal, which is great because I have a big appetite.I havent ventured yet too far out from what I have mentioned. I would like to find more ways to work with it. I really like the fiber content, the mouth feel, taste, and even though I wasn't aiming for low carb, I certainly can benefit from being more mindful. Instead of a hunk of bread along side a soup or stew, I will make a large fu fu ball, or several smaller ones.

Great product. This makes a low carbohydrate fufu substitute, has a good texture, and helps me increase my dietary fiber intake. I also love that this is all-natural. I followed the cooking directions provided by the brand and it was easy to prepare. This is really beneficial for busy people like me. I’ll definitely be trying out other Dals foods products in other universal cooking recipes.This food is high in protein and also fiber rich. People who are tired of excess starch and carbohydrates will really find this helpful. It didn’t spike my mom’s blood sugar and also does not cause bloating. I followed the cooking directions given by the brand, and I love the texture and simplicity of preparing this too. As a health practitioner, I know the benefits of natural foods and good nutrition. I definitely recommend this brand.
