So far so good
I will update as I use it more. I wish it had more reviews. I suspect this will be ordered more as the 3.25 porter cable is no longer in production and the only other options are the spinrite from woodpeckers and Milwaukee that is 400…. I ran sone MDF through and it def doesnt vibrate as much as my trition did. Fits perfectly into my kreg lift…. UPDATE: 3/15/22: ran some hard maple through it to make some stile/rails for a large cabinet door (4ft by 2ft) and it performed great. Clean cuts, the power makes a huge difference. It does not bog down, just cuts right through.

DO NOT BUY !
DO NOT BUY ! Speed will randomly change while in use, especially dangerous with large diameter bits !Collets have to much run-out !Ultimatelty the threads on the collet nut and spindle siezed, once I got the nut off the threads where so fouled making it completetly useless, inferior steel used.bearings sound like they're about ready to go out.purchased less then 3 years ago, used maybe a total of 20 hours running time.

nice fit and power
fits perfect in the Jessem router lift, very smooth soft start motor and has no issue under a load. would be nice if it had speed setting but the variable speed dial works well but you have to guess at the speed, then again the wood has a lot to do with the bit speed and it will tell you.

Fantastic router for table
I needed a dedicated router for a router table, so I didn't want to spend extra on something that came with a base, that would end up just taking up space in a cabinet. This is a great router, doesn't seem to be any run out. I have it in a Kreg lift table. I went with this over the Milwaukee because 1, it costs less because it doesn't have a base and 2, there are so many reports of switch issues on the Milwaukee that I didn't want to risk it. This router has plenty of power and has been great to use.

Works good, when it works...
I've gone through 2 of these in a little over a year. The first lasted about 10 months before it started giving me problems. The second a bought this May. It's September and the bearing went out. Seems quality is getting worse

Outstanding in the table
Easy to install in my Saw Stop. Very smooth and for a router quiet. I run maple and walnut, cherry anything I want and it finishes it nice..I don't feel excess vibrations in the table and it will fit a Porter Cable 7500 series base however I don't have one..All in all if I was to buy again for this kind of money I would look around and get one that came with a base but if you want one for your table only, hard to beat the quality of this beast.

shaft warbled right out of box!
the shaft on this router warbles. it's in the shaft as if it was dropped but I bought a router from this store and have hardly used it. I'm getting ready to give this nice quiet router a bad review! also, the speed control is built into the router and won't work with an external speed control.. so if you mount this in a router table and want to have the dust collector box... you will have to leave it at one speed! this is a nice heavy-duty router except for the shaft (the most important part)! im thinking I may have made a huge mistake with this router unless there is a way to adjust the shaft/mandril

Very Pleased!
I have my router installed in a SawStop routing table attachment and couldn't be happier with the power it provides. Easy to install, variable speed and doesn't drag down at all with what I've tested it with so far.
