A Versible Mat
This was a great buy. The mats fit half-sheet pans perfectly and keep the sheet pans clean. These mats remove the need to grease the baking sheet, so there is no build-up of sticky baked-on grease or spray. Baked goods are easily removed. The mats are of good quality and have a nice thickness. I use one of these mats under my air fryer on my counter. That way, I don't need to be concerned that the fryer will mark up my counter with the heat it emits from the base.

The work for small toaster oven. 2nd time ordering. They are reusable - but remember that doesn't mean but a couple of monthish.Definitely a buy

Fits perfectly in smaller cookie sheets
Great for smaller cookie pans. Fits perfectly. I got one mat for each of my smaller pans and just keep them stored flat in their assigned pan. Makes cooking up a big batch of cookies so convenient. No more cutting parchment paper to fit the smaller pans.
