Didn't know whether to get this thermometer or not but read the reviews and I ordered it. Its sooo easy to use and doesn't waken child even if their sleeping. Whereas the Braun inear one I use to have would disturb our daughter and it'd be a whole drama just to take her temperature. When this one arrived I was shocked at how easy and simple it is to use. I had priced this one already in my local pharmacy and it was £65, whereas on here I got it for half the price! It's literally fool proof,anyone can use it and it's accurate. When using it, you can put it against the forehead or hold it a couple of centimeters away from the head, so when child is sleeping it doesnt annoy them in the slightest. With only the one button to use you cant go wrong! Definitely money well spent and completely happy with this thermometer. If your on the fence about purchasing, as I was, trust me you'll be pleasantly surprised. Five plus 🌟 from this mama!

Seems to work
Seemed to work. Really simple to use, just point and push.Comes with a little reminder of where to point it and will advise if you haven't got it/kept it close enough to be able to work.I trust the BBraun brand as they make quite a lot of products for my nearby hospital.

It is very accurate, when I was taken ill, it was just the same temp reading when I got to hospital.

Worst thermometer ever
It’s not reliable at all. Looks like the “set” temperature is 37 degrees.Reads 39 degrees when another thermometer reads 37.If you measure on someone without a fever you never get less than 37.2/37.1

I have an in-ear thermometer for my kid, which is also used by NHS. I bought this one for not disturbing my kid's sleep during the night. Nevertheless, measurements are dependent on the environmental conditions and sensitive to where you spot it at. It is difficult to get consistent measurements.
