This is a great product and I have had no sidw effects. if you tend to be constipated try 1 in AM and 1 in Pm. But I want to set up for subscription delivery and it only allows 1 every 6 months. I want 1 every 3 months!

I love the nature made brand. I get their magnesium tablets because I love them and are way better than the soft gel version, I say this because the soft gel version contains carmine ( used for their coloring) and it is a common allergy and the soft gels kinda stink because they are essentially squashed up desert cactus dwelling insects. The tablets are just plain white pills that contain no allergens. super effective magnesium, high quality, and amazing price. you only take one a day so 250 day supply if you order one bottle at a time like me. 10/10.

Helps me go to the bathroom, that’s why I buy oxide, but oxide isn’t the most absorbable form of magnesium so I also take a chelated form of magnesium because I also take vitamin D & you can’t take one without the other, just at different times of the day, D in the day, magnesium before bedtime. Price is a tad high for mag ox so I will probably stick to buying it from reputable vitamin stores online whenever they have sales.

I was pleased to find this well-known and name-brand of Magnesium supplement on Amazon for a lower price than other brands that I did not have confidence in. These supplements are an easy-to-swallow design and not overly large like many other pill sizes/shapes.
