Hero Premium US to India Power Adapter Plug (Type D, Pack of 3, Grounded)

Worked great for Portugal. I like the little bag that comes with it to keep all the parts contained. I also liked how the parts interconnect and come apart for efficient packing.

These came in very handy during our Mediterranean cruise and stay in Rome!!

Trip to Ireland.... worked great!

Went to England and Ireland with this adapter and it worked well for the most part. Only downside was my wife's hairdryer kept blowing the fuses in it and it's really hard to find fuses on vacation. Take spare fuses and don't plug a hairdryer into it. Will look for something else next time.

Bought two - ending a 3 week trip to Spain & they are compact & work great.

What genius designed this converter to market to US consumers? I suppose if you found one of your grandmother's old lamps you want to plug in, or some other item more than 60 years old it might work. Or if you cut off the grounding prong on your plug and cut down the wider polarized plug prongs it might work. This does not accept polarized plugs, which have one prong wider than the other so they can only be plugged in one way. Almost all electrical items produced for the US market since 1962 are mandated to have polarized plugs. I suppose you could use it for the USB ports but you will not be able to use it to plug in a standard US plug. Totally useless - I returned it and got a cheaper one (Hanycony) that has the correct configuration.

This adapter worked EXACTLY as advertised. I traveled through England, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium without a single problem. No blown fuses. I used it for my phone as well as CPAP machine. Worked on trains as well as in cafes and hotel rooms. If everything worked this well, I wouldn't know what cortisol was for. Perfect.

I ordered this outlet adapter for numerous upcoming trips. On my first trip (Japan) its' fuse burnt out on the second second day of use. Luckily, it came with a spare. I didn't think that I put too much on it, but its possible. I plugged a strip into it and charged my phone, watch, and earphones. After the fuse blowing, I didn't use the strip and made use of the USB outlets and one plug-in charger. All was good.After returning from my trip, I alerted the seller that my fuse burnt out and I would like to purchase more. They immediately sent out a pack of 4 fuses and extra adapter pieces.Not afraid to lose power for my next trips 🙌🏽
