Easy to use
This is a very basic phone, ideal for an elderly person or anyone who wants just a phone without the bells and whistles. The numbers are clear, the buttons are a good size and the whole thing will fit easily in your pocket. I bought it for an older person and he was able to use it without any problems.

Easy to use and set up
Bought for my dad. Big buttons and display good for him. Easy to set up with handy SOS button on the back. Only thing I'd say was slightly disappointing was that there was only one ringtone. It would have been nice to have a choice of what noise the phone makes when it rings!

Obsolete
Wouldn’t recommend this as 2g will not work soon so waste of money.

Excellent little phone
Got this phone for my mum who struggles with small buttons. This photo is small but has large buttons, simple to use and set up .

Simple, compact phone but display text too small
I got what I expected: a basic mobile phone designed for less able users. It is for use by somebody who suffers from macular degeneration. As expected, the buttons are large which helps people with poorer sight or digital challenges to use the phone; however, the screen, and specifically the display where contacts can be saved, is disproportionately small. And, on behalf of the user, I still cannot work out how to insert capital letters in the name of contacts.

Decent
Picked up for an elderly relative who is unable to use a smart phone. She loved the sound quality (she is hard of hearing), the sos/emergency contact button and the size of the key pad. The only thing she didn't like was the size of the screen. When writing/reading a text message, you are only able to see two lines at a time. The text size might be able to be reduced but it would be difficult to see if that was the case.
