Tastes great but the calories per serving says 400 calories !!!!!! Am not sure about the protein content but this is very high calorie and 59 carbs per serving is crazy. May help with weight gain but not for those who are trying to lose some.

A great deal for a 1 kg bundle! The powder combines well, and the chocolate flavor is light with a pleasant scent. As a novice, I was astounded by how simple it was for my digestive system—no gas or bloating. Absorbency appears to be quick; I no longer frequently feel sore after working out. This is a very good protein in my opinion; after drinking it, I don't have any stomach bloating and it digests easily. I can also see that my body and nails are glowing and growing, and I get instant energy. I also occasionally add it to my banana shake because it tastes deliciously chocolate. For me, it works incredibly well because one scoop contains 24 grammes of protein.

Mixability not good, taste not good. value for money, but same company provides more better powders in little higher price. Company good, but this product not good. Packing good & attractive but other things negetive. Worst part is mixability
