Bought for my partner who loves it. He wanted a fitbit where he could esily see the time as well as his running stats and this does the job.

Find it easy to use, easy to read, does what I want

I've been using the watch for a week now, and it works perfectly. The best part is that after a week without charging, it still has over 30 percent battery left.Another positive feature of this watch is that it's perfect for swimming. I've gone swimming daily, always with it on my wrist, and it hasn't presented a single problem.It syncs perfectly with the Samsung Health app, although you'll need to download an official Google app that allows for this syncing.Regarding its charging mode, it can't use Samsung's magnetic charger; unfortunately, it can only use its own charger.Another very important fact, and the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is that many users, including myself, have had problems or simply been unable to access the app's gallery, either to change the watch face or to download an app. Fitbit's technical support has no idea how to solve this problem, and this is a problem their devices have been experiencing for at least four years. Visiting their customer service page, I saw how many users asked for a solution and only received speculation or supposed solutions that didn't solve the problem in most cases. Not knowing why your devices aren't working and how to fix it leaves a company in a very bad position. For those who purchased or have already purchased this Versa 4 watch and are experiencing this problem, all you have to do is disable DNS. On Samsung phones, you can find this option in Connections. I recommend reconnecting DNS after downloading from the app gallery.

Great large screen, but complex to use.

Delighted with my versa 4. I had a versa 3 which had a faulty strap connection but this one is perfect

I found the battery life to be poor when compared to my previous, cheap, smart watch. I don't like the strap and due to it's design cannot just change it for something to my liking. It does connect to various apps well and easy to use.

Great Fitbit and does what it says very good as a watch and to do my steps

I am so disappointed with this smartwatch for a number of reasons. I did a lot of research on smartwatches before choosing a new one. It looks great but...1.The step and exercise monitoring is wildly inaccurate. It uses arm movement to ad steps so I can be sitting still but using my arms and it is adding steps. I am drying my hair and it starts logging it as an elliptical exercise!2.When it is monitoring an exercise it is impossible to easily see the actual time - it can be found in light grey small digits if you scroll down to the end of the data log. This is hopeless when you want to know the time while you are exercising.3.The strap is fiddly to put on because it pops out of place when you tuck the strap inside (those that use it will understand what I mean).The watch is uncomfortable to sleep in.The monitoring of sleep is inaccurate - I had plenty of nights when I was fully awake in the night and yet this was not recognised by the watch.The step count is massively inaccurate because it counts arm movements as steps. I am very aware of step count per km and this is so inaccurate it is unusable. The watch inaccurately begins an exercise - it put drying my hair as elliptical exercise?!Unfortunately my old Amazon watch is no longer available to buy.
