This is an amazing product for woman health. It has a lot of good ingredients. It became part of my morning routine and I believe it helps regulate my hormones although can't confirm for sure. Will buy again. Nice flavor and easy to mix.

This is a great product I bought Mango nice strong flavour not like some other I have tried.I am on my second pack.I wonder at first would it taste funny but it’s lovely very refreshing add ice for a wonderful healthy drink.I have felt good for taking it for the last month.I would highly recommend this product.

Great way to get vitamins and nutrients into your body! Tastes great, sometimes a little gritty when not shaken for long enough. One downside is that there is not a measured scoop provided with the product, so it is more of a guess as to how much you need to add to water or drink.

Get this in mango! I just use 250ml water and then also use a little handheld blender/coffee frother thing from Amazon to blend it and down it and it tastes good but also this makes it quick and easy to keep a habit with! I asked ai to compare with ag1 which is super expensive and it says ag1 has mushrooms etc in too but this is good value and means I can get it every month especially on subscribe and save!

I’m not sure what the benefits of this are because it is so sickly sweet I can’t drink it.

I've bought this multiple times now, the mango flavour is great. I noticed feeling more energetic on days I've drunk it, and in general - all those vitamins must be doing something good! My most recent discovery is that if you make it with sparkling water rather than still, the bubbles help to keep it mixed while drinking it.

This is throughly earthy and unappetising offering. For me personally I do not enjoy drinking it so it’s a chore. Like giving cough syrup to a 5 year old. Compared to it’s much better and more expensive cousin AG1 Athletic Greens which tastes great, it does deliver though. And for the price, if you can get over the taste, it’s a good product. I’ve felt less bloated, more energised and optimistic and sleeping better, I also have lots of energy in the morning and the complex they used has a relaxing anxiety reduction effect which I think comes from the gut micro biome improvement and the ashwaghanda.If you’ve got the money to burn, I’d always go for AG1, it’s the best on the market and the price reflects that, but this isn’t too bad. Except it’s YUK!
