I'd been searching for a satchel style purse for everyday use and ordered this. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was the hardware. The clasp is sturdy (and gorgeous) and there are two hidden clasps under the straps, so it's certainly secure. The strap is adjustable but long which I was hoping for. While there are internal pockets, I'm finding myself not using them mainly because the entire interior space is not especially large. Structurally, it's less malleable than I'd hoped for, so everything has to fit a certain way. I'd wanted to carry a tarot deck inside and instead have to use a mini deck. When you open the flap, there is a pocket perfect for a smartphone. Overall, great for a cottagecore look.

The purse is as described on Amazon. The leather is a bit more stiff than I expected but I know it will soften some with use. The stitching is obviously strong. I expect that this purse will hold up for years to come. This two tone shoulder bag is pretty, comfortable to use, and holds all my necessities.

I just got my purse and had to leave a review with new information. I got the dark brown one and I absolutely love it! The vintage style is so cute with a lot of nice details. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the straps being too long and just came here to say that they fixed this issue! STRAPS ARE NOW ADJUSTABLE TO A GREAT LENGTH!

I bought this in February 2025. It is now June 2025. Within a couple of months of having it, the edging started peeling off and strings on the shoulder strap started coming loose...BUT I put this purse through its paces. I'm a mom, I'm super busy, and I don't have nice things because I have a little kid and nice things don't last long in my possession without even taking my kid into account. this purse is still in one piece. Nothing is really falling apart on it and even though the edging has come off you can't really tell. And even though I have dropped it shoved it on my car floor. It's gotten stepped on. It's gotten rained on (walking short distance in rain) It closes up beautifully and honestly it's just not as stiff now. It feels like it's just you know broken in well. It's a little more flexible than it was when I first bought it. The inside is still 100% intact so if you don't mind the edging coming off and it having not the perfect polished edges I would absolutely recommend getting it because it is a very durable purse. Product was as shown in pictures, and has felt high quality. The bag did have a chemical smell when I first took it out of the packaging, but it went away after a day or two. It was also stiff, but over time it has relaxed (as any other leather product would).After two months of *heavy* daily wear, it has held up great; it looks basically brand new. I wear it on my motorcycle, through heavy rain, and toss it around without issue.I get frequent compliments on this bag, more than any other accessory of mine. Even in the past 2 months, I'd say I've gotten ~25 compliments on the low end.It can't carry as much as I thought it would, but it makes me prioritize what I bring. It's also good because its small enough to never feel like a burden, so I can wear it everywhere I go.I use the front pouch to carry my small B6 journal and a few pens/pencils. The main compartment is almost exactly large enough to carry 2 avg paperback books max.Overall, for a price of ~35 dollars, this was a no-regret purchase! It has exceeded all expectations, and I'm thinking about buying a second just in case something happens to mine lol

The bag was absolutely beautiful - exactly like the pictures. However, I bought it in December and by April , a short four months later, it was falling apart. Official time of ruin - first week in May. Regular daily usage, no wild children play, no overstuffing, still fell apart.
