Comcase Direct did an endrun on Temu!
Over the years I've collected a number of watches of different types, but what they all share is a need for some place to keep them where they are organized, safe and yet still available for use. After all, what good is a watch if you can't retrieve it quickly and easily. I'm not talking about needing to go to a bank vault to get a really expensive time piece out of a deposit box; I was simply looking for a simple and inexpensive way to store and keep my myriad bunch of wristwatches handy, yet organized. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on any of those wood storage systems that seem to be what you find when you do an online search for watch organizing. Sure, a rosewood or walnut piece of watch furniture would be nice, but I don't have that kind of room to spare and I'd rather spend the money on the watches. Well, I stumbled onto the Temu website during one search and found these same ballistic-nylon case organizers. The price was great, so I ordered a couple up. Imagine my surprise when I got a notification from PayPal and Temu that said my purchase price had been refunded the very next day. All they stated was that my purchase had been "unusual activity", whatever the heck that means! So, I thought if Temu sells these cases I bet Amazon has them and they did. Yes, the price was a bit higher, but you know what? The difference was actually no different! By the time I paid shipping from Temu it came up to the same price on Amazon with free shipping (Gee, I wonder how that works?). Add in that most of what Temu sells has to go through customs (about two weeks before delivery, and Amazon dropped the cases at my front door the NEXT MORNING, and I'd say Temu did me favor. Now, as to the cases themselves. Well, they're great! The amount of storage (15 watch slots) and the level of protection (the watches are surrounded by soft-but-firm foam and are wrapped around wrist-sized firm support cores of foam and retained in individual foam "cubbies") are excellent for the price. Each case is made from a close-knit ballistic-nylon material (like good suitcases or laptop carry cases), have dual zippers that allow you to open the cases in both directions, and when closed each bag has a handy carry handle making it easy to not just carry it, but if you put it under a bed or up on a shelf you can easily grab that handle and pull it out. Protection, price and practicality; you can't beat these cases. I've already almost filled the two I ordered, and I'll be needing another soon as I complete the service I'm currently doing on three of my automatic watches that are still out on my watch bench! And that doesn't even include my wife's watches. Oh well, at least I'm not paying for rosewood!

Good value. Meets my particular needs.
I needed something to store my small watch collection. I don't feel the need to put them on display, nor do I need something to travel with 10 watches. This one provides protection, and the ability to put away in a drawer most days, or slide in my safe if I am going away. After a few weeks of getting in it nearly every day, the zipper is holding up well and I see no reason whey this will not function for my needs for quite a while. The outside is a molded material and while rigid enough to hold its shape very well and protect from most things, it certainly is not crush proof. The foam insert is loose in the case, but it does not come out unless you remove all the pillows and pull it out. It fits well enough to stay on its own. The pillows are pretty well made compared to others I have seen. The sides are solid and seem to be attached to each other as they will NOT compress from the sides. Between them is a foam pad area around the entire 360° area, and this is all covered in a felt material. They look like they might hold up well. Time will tell. For my $25 spent I am so far very satisfied, and hopeful for it holding up.

Affordable protection!
I have developed a bit of a watch collecting habit over the last few months and I needed an affordable but still rather high quality carrying case for an upcoming trip out of state. This particular case seemed to be a suitable choice at checkout and so far, my choice has been affirmed! It is lightweight, attractive, and keeps my watches safe. A solid purchase for any working-class watch collector.

Pretty good case for the price.
This is a pretty decent case. It seems well made and the semi-ridged design should offer pretty good protection. I mainly got it for storing and transporting like when moving, I just use a watch roll for traveling. Like most cases and watch rolls, the pillow inserts are kind of big for watches sized for my 6.5” wrist. It’s not an issue for watches that are on straps but for bracelets I don’t like to put that much stress on the spring bars and link pins. I went to the hardware store and got some 1.75” diameter pipe insulation for like $2 to use for my watches with bracelets. I also had some 1/8” thick foam padding and cut a piece to fit in the lid of the case for added protection for the crystals. Keep in mind that whatever you put in the pockets in the lid will be right on top of your crystals. I don’t really use them except for a small baggie with a couple extra watch batteries. The only issue I found with the case is that the fabric lining on the outside of the case is not water repellent like the picture shows. I sprinkled a few drops of water on it to test it and they soaked right in. The description states that the rigid part of the case is plastic so water shouldn’t damage the case but water could soak through to the inner lining and ruin a leather strap. I’m not overly concerned because I don’t plan on getting this case with all my watches in it anywhere near water. Anyways, overall I would recommend this case and I think it’s a good value for the price.

Not What I Was Expecting
The media could not be loaded. The color is great, case durability seems present and it serves the function it was created for. That being said, I was expecting a bit more sturdiness. The foam insert was a surprise. I had assumed it would be one solid piece, a part of the box. Also, the individual faom inserts that you put the watches around are not as wide as the slots in which to put them. Makes for a pretty loose fit and potential travel damage from any banging around.
