Would recommend
Tastes great & mixes well, doesn’t seem to cause stomach cramps like some others.

An actual tasty protein powder.
As a bit of an obsessive when it comes to protein powders, and because my other half is always fussy when it comes to the taste, we decided to give this one a try due to the chocolate mint flavour variety.1) 1kg bag - not too much if you don't like the flavour when first trying it. Decent amount if you do like it.2) Not a bad price - a bit more than we might spend normally, but again, the flavour is what we were wanting to try.3) Taste - very nice, it doesn't have the synthetic metal taste that a lot of protein powders do. This actually did taste of a chocolate mint.4) Delivery was quick, well packaged and by Amazon.5) Mixing - it mixed very well in yoghurt. Have not tried with milk yet.6) Protein - it is a diet whey, and the portion is stated as 25g, whereas normally it is 30g. Scale up and it was comparable protein-wise and calorie-wise to standard options.Overall, we would recommend this to someone who likes mint (there is a menthol mint taste, a bit like a chocolate mint after-dinner treat. Decent price-point, nothing lost in terms of nutrition, and it also contains BCAAs (have EAAs as well to have all the essentials).

Good wuality
Really nice tasting product! The only downside I would say about this is as a beginner of protein shakes I couldn’t see anywhere to say how much milk to use or instructions ?!

The best flavour ever!!!
I'm not someone who goes out of their way to write reviews, in fact this is the first one I've written, but this flavour is so good it would be criminal not to write one. Firstly the seller delivered the item quite fast, sooner than I had expected, so that's always a happy surprise. Secondly, be warned, this is quite a minty flavour, so if you love something like areo mint chocolate or a mint feast then this is the flavour for you! I normally can't wait to have this in the morning for breakfast and it mixes very easily. Though I do mix mine in a blender. I have mine with half milk, half water and it's the perfect consistancy. I've also tried the Belgium chocolate flavour (I'm a big chocolate lover as I'm sure you can tell!!) and I've always found the flavour to be quite powdery, and always VERY thick, that also doesn't mix very well. The chocolate mint flavour is my new favourite. Will definitely be ordering more once I run out.

Mixes well and good taste
Use these as meal replacement when needed. Have made them up with either unsweetened Almond milk or just water. These shakes are perfect for me as I can’t have high carb/sugar due to medical reasons, hence I can’t comment on the powder being mixed with cows milk/oat/soya. I use a nutribullet to combine the powder and water/almond milk so can’t comment on the texture/mixability if shaking or hand mixing. Put the liquid in first then powder on top if using a mixer or it will stick to the top. It mixes well quickly and has a pleasant flavour. It can get quite bitty towards the end. Best shake I have tried and I don’t feel like I have to force it down, unlike some others I have tried. It doesn’t have an unbearable filler texture/flavour either. Will definitely try other flavours.

Great taste, bit chemical, gave me acne
It tastes good, with a slight chemical aftertaste. Texture is alright, but it did give me acne which worried me about potential contamination with androgenic steroids. I switched off it to a more natural protein alternative (that in all fairness tastes horrid), and the acne disappeared. If you’re after taste and consistency, this is your thing!

Really tasty
I really like phd whey. Most shakes make me feel sick and I drink because of the benefits rather than taste. But phd is always nice. The mint chock mixes well with water, milk or I have it in overnight oats. It tastes great and can happily have 2 or 3 a day to top up my protein intake. Its always reasonably priced too especially compared with competitors
