Unlocking Poses and Patience One Block at a TimeYoga and I have a complicated relationship. I love the idea of flowing gracefully through poses, finding inner peace, and achieving pretzel-like flexibility. I bought this Gaiam yoga block to help with correcting my pelvic tilt, and it's honestly been super useful. I keep one at my study desk and place it between my knees while I’m sitting for long periods. This small habit has really helped me start addressing my right-left imbalance. I’ve been very right-side dominant for years, and my left side has been weaker, which contributed to my pelvic tilt. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely noticing improvements.The block itself is lightweight but firm, and it holds up well even with daily use. I also use it during yoga, especially for pigeon pose, where it gives just the right support. I don’t use the strap much since I already had one, but it’s a nice bonus to have if you need it.If you're working on posture or alignment issues like I am, or just want a reliable block for stretching or yoga, this one does the job well. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and affordable.

I mean they are yoga blocks, they work for yoga and whatever you might need it for, seem sturdy.

I was disappointed it arrived with a gash in one of the blocks. It doesn’t affect the use, just a cosmetic but disappointing

This yoga block is perfect for me because of its cork material. It “grips” so you don’t slip off. It feels safer to use.
