My Asus motherboard failed after 10 years of use with QCODE 00, so I decided to go the cheap route and replace it with this Dpofirs X99. I've not had any problems with it, I now have my PC back up and running which is the main thing. It's a pretty basic motherboard. My case has about 5 fans and unfortunately this motherboard didnt have enough ports to run them all, so that maybe something you need to consider before buying it.It came with a 6 core 2.4Ghz CPU which wasnt needed in my case, but nice to have as a backup.BIOS is pretty basic, nothing fancy. Fans seem to run at a constant speed, so it's a little noisy now, whereas my old motherboard I could set up fan profiles and keep the PC nice and quiet when not performing any demanding tasks. Other than that it's ideal if you just need something cheap to solve a problem.
