My daughter is a gymnast, and unfortunately injuries do occur. She has used this tape for an ankle injury and it works very well. She likes the way it feels. It does its job very well.

Great tape for me after my surgery but unfortunately was a bit lacking is stickiness. I couldn't get through an hour of basketball without it unraveling.

After working my entire life in athletics and taping many ankles I am not a fan on the tearing of the tape. You should be able to tear it with your hands and not have to get scissors. This will not tear and need scissors .
