When I suffered a tear in my upper bicep muscle I knew right away it wasn't a small one by the indented look of it at the location of the cramping pain. I quickly wrapped the lower section of the bicep with the only thing I could find which was a gauze wrap to allow the muscle to be held upwards to keep the tissue together. I ordered the Featol because it had independent lower and upper tension control which I imagined would be better. I ordered it within hours of my mishap (lifting my motorcycle) and got it the next day which was nice. It worked perfectly in my particular case because it allowed for a snugger lower bicep wrap to keep the muscle up so it could knit better, while at the same time allowed to keep it much less snug at the top which was needed because of swelling in the injury area. It was comfortable and I was able to sleep with it on. Over the next few days I gradually snugged up the top more as the reduced swelling allowed. The bruising from the tear showed up on day three. I probably got lucky on this one but the Featol worked great and I give it full credit. Designed well. I'll be wearing it it for awhile when I need to do any lifting.

Works great! A little difficult for the wearer to put on, but the pull-straps make up for an initial loose fit. Also, I have two blown shoulders, so that makes it difficult in itself to put on each morning. Would highly recommend. It takes the pain away from my bicep.

It really helps to heal my upper arms pulled muscle, such as triceps and biceps strain.

Great support and compression. Size was perfect and it works as it should. My husband tore his bicep muscle. This worked perfect to keep it stabilized until we could get him to the doctors appt. He was instructed to use it until his surgery was scheduled. He will be using it in the future once it has healed from surgery to ensure it is not injured again.

It works as it is designed. I had no issues with getting it on myself as others mentioned in their reviews. It does have a “sleeve” to put your arm through first. It did get a little uncomfortable under my arm by my armpit after wearing it most of the day. It did help ease the pain and discomfort in my bicep after a little while. I will have to give it a little bit more time to see how it feels after longer use.

The brace is providing relieve at a one time cost over repeat purchase of sports wrap. It fits well and provides the support i need.

I bought this for my wife to help reduce her arm pain during activities, and now I'm in the dog house for not getting it for her sooner! She LOVES IT ❤️ . She has skinny arms, but she finds it easy and comfortable to wear. It's supportive and has relieved her pain when at the gym. It was a great find.

I thought this would be great as it has a tightening option vs most others that do not. I couldn’t get the small to go any tighter than the knee slip I sometimes use on my arm so I returned it. This would probably work great if your arms are bigger than average I guess. Worth a try as it was a decent product.
