Leakproof, sturdy and great value for money
I’ve always been skeptical when it came to ‘leakproof’ flasks and did a lot of researching when looking to buy one, so I’m glad I took a chance with this one after reading lots of positive reviews. The lid firmly clicks in and out to ‘lock’ and ‘unlock’ which I found to be a far better design and assures me that it won’t randomly open and leak when rolling around the bottom of a bag.The flask itself is sturdy, stays cool on the outside making it easy to handle and keeps drinks hot for a couple of hours. It’s easy to hold, easy to fill and has a line on the inside to indicate how much to put in.I personally find the lid heavy so struggle to screw/unscrew it and also struggle to take the lid apart to clean the separate bits but I’m sure I’ll get used to it in time.I debated between sizes but eventually opted for the 340ml (12oz) which although sounds small, is a very adequate size, especially considering the shape.I am highly satisfied with this product and would absolutely recommend.

Perfect for taking to the office
Colour is lovely. It’s genuinely leak proof, I’ve shook it upside down to be sure and not a drop leaked.Easy to use though it is quite loud popping it open and closed, it likes to let everyone know you’re taking a drink. The liquid does flow freely when open making it simple to drink from and I love that you can drink from anywhere around the rim. My coffee stays piping hot until I get round to drinking it which is great.Easy to clean and comes with clear instructions for dismantling the lid for cleaning. Would recommend.

Solid, reliable and no funny tastes.
This is a really good mug, sturdy, easy to drink from, no funny tastes. I drink speciality coffee and on the odd occasion I want to take one with me on a walk this has been a big improvement over stainless and plastic mugs. No taste issues and keeps drinks warm for a couple of hours even in cold weather. I preheat the mug with boiling water before use which also helps.Capacity is about 300ml so I use 20g coffee and 330ml water in a size 1 V60.Cleaning is straightforward, just remember the lid has a left handed thread when assembling.

Lid doesn’t come apart (now corrected)
Edit: The seller has graciously replaced my lids and I’m happy to say it’s easy to unscrew and put back together. If it was right from the start I’d have done 5 stars, but it did cause some inconvenience.Original review: Cup is brilliant at first. Keeps drinks hot for a long time, no awful taste from plastic or metal due to the ceramic lining and being able to drink from any angle is great.Problem i have is that I cannot take the lids apart for cleaning. I’ve tried flushing excessively to get it as clean as possible but it’s not effective in the long term. I thought I was just being weak but I got the guys at work to try as well and nobody can unscrew the parts on the lid. For the price of these cups, it’s a bit of a let down.

Nice ceramic interior, keeps drinks warm, but complicated lid unsatisfactory
Bought to replace a previous (now unavailable) ceramic coated insulated mug from a different vendor. Delivery was very prompt with good instructions. The mug keeps the contents suitably warm (I fllled it with boiilng water, temperature was 70C after 45 mins) and is fine to drink from with its ceramic coated interior. But the lid is unnecessarily complicated. I can see what the design seeks to achieve - drinking from any angle - but the required compromise is too much for the benefit. My previous mug had a simple screw-in lid with a drinking-hole covered by a flip top. That was perfectly fine, easy to use and sealed well. This lid protrudes a fair way into the mug, reducing capacity and meaning great care must be taken to fill only to the 'max' mark on the inside. It has a spring and ratchet mechanism and requires three silicone seals (my previous mug had only one) and must be dismantled to clean. But the most unsatisfactory feature of the lid is that after hot filling and closing, pressure builds up in the mug (I don't know why but maybe the stainless expands on hot filling and then shrinks as the contents cool - my old mug did the same but that didn't affect the function) which means that you have to press very hard on the top to get it to open the first time you use it after filling (the first time this happened I thought the lid was jammed), and then it opens with a (small) 'pop' as the pressure is released. My previous, much simpler lid was much better. So two stars knocked off for that.
