This lamp is a real bargain! The controller is conveniently located on the surface of the lamp body. This magnifier with light is really great. It's well made and easy to store, so if you're looking for a magnifier with a light, I highly recommend this one.

This magnifying glass table lamp is very practical, with a flexible 3-stage swing arm design, a large clip for stability, and a lighted design to see details more clearly. The stand is solid and very reassuring to use.

I'm happy that the lamp can firmly hold its position at any angle. The variety and brightness of the lamp is sufficient for use with the magnifying glass. It can also provide enough overhead lighting for a small table being used for a 1000 pc puzzle, for example. But then again you can also move the lamp to whatever position you need. It's not meant to light up a room so don't buy it for that but it can add to a room. The magnification will be useful for intricate soldering which is what I bought it for. It does have to be placed rather close so it would have been better if this was a 15X magnifier instead of 10X. Overall it's going to work for what I bought it for, though.

This goose-neck light has been the best lighting option for our RV we've purchaced; I like the extra section of the arm, most of these type lights only have two. Very sturdy, the light is dimmable and color temperature adjustable. I like that it's USB powered so when we don't have electric we can use this with a battery bank. I do some close work while on the road, so the magnifier is an awesome addition. So we have it mounted to a shelf near our dinette and it extends out and over the table and lights everything beautifly. The power consumption is low for the amount of light it puts out. Buy again, absolutely!

I wanted to write a great review. Mechanically this is a great product. However, you may find it difficult to use if you have a normal sized head. I could only view things with one eye. Crystal clear, beautiful magnification, fantastic lighting.But when you look at the pictures, you may think this magnifying glass is 10" in diameter. It is really only 5. If that works for you, then you will love this.So many of these have pictures where the glass is bigger than the head of the person using it. But in reality, it is really about the size of the palm of your hand.I have an iPhone Max, and the glass is just barely wider than the width of that phone. Not the length, it is just over half of that. But for a user hoping to use two eyes, you may find this difficult.
