Device is not charging and not working. schedule is not saving and motor is not starting. Not recommended to buy. I am going to return it.

Does not work
I have prime, amazon is making me print my own label for this defective item. I had a hard time finding a way to reach customer service, then they said they would send me a qr code but only sent a link that takes me back to where to print the label.Ordered a different brand that works great.
