From the manufacturer, the ingredients are: "Sword Prawns, squid, akiami paste shrimp, wheat germ, garlic, ganoderma polysaccharides, Norwegian seaweed, corn, soybean, yeast, mineral substances, vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, β - carotene, folic acid, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid, and EAA(methionine lysine)." Their website states that all their ingredients are fresh, along with information on where the ingredients come from. I could not find any direct information on gmo products. However, the company takes pride in producing natural foods, which to me would mean they do not use any. If by roundup, you mean the pesticide, there is also no information on this, but again natural would appear to mean they do not use this either. For specific info, you can contact them at ultra-fresh.tw. My painted turtle devours these, and any bits that sink to the bottom are searched for and cleaned up. I also grind up small amounts to add to my betta's daily food because of the protein content. They are both energetic, colorful and in good health. Hope this helps.
