This thing is just amazing.Works great as a desk workstation extension with one single USB C connection.It has an impressive port capacity and slim design.I was able to connect 3 monitors and a full ethernet cable to any of my laptops (either my personal or the one from work) AND charging capability at the same time.This has truly made my office mobile and at the same time immersive.It is great little gadget for the money I paid.(I wrote this review after almost half a year of intense usage)

Maybe my item is faulty as no one else complains of connectivity lag with devices such as the keyboard & the mouse, and no one else has complained about super slow charging time of an iPhone but at times, I have significant performance issues with lag, and have stopped using it for recharging purposes. Instead, it just gets used for connecting the screens to the laptop and I use an alternate hub for devices. I should have returned it before the return window shut. :-(<<<< Update to the above>>>>Even though the return window on this item closed 6 weeks ago, the Seller has contacted me after reading my review and offered a full refund. You can’t complain about that, can you? And like I say, it must just have been a faulty item as no one else has reported issues. As such, I’m bumping up the rating so that my review doesn’t negatively impact the overall.

Works a treat - I had a previous similar one that wasn't quite working as advertised but no issues with this one. Comes back from suspend / lost power no problems and seems to allow remembering screen location etc. Many thanks.

Works really well. I’ve used it to connect my midi keyboard, iPad and audio interface.

I tried a simple configuration with one full HD monitor on hdmi, and a Logitech keyboard/mouse dongle. The keyboard and mouse are pretty much unusable. Long delays, keystrokes not coming through, mouse lag. This would make this dock pretty much useless as a quick plug dock

Description claims you can have 3 4k external monitors - well I can't.On a Dell laptop running windows 11 I can extend to 1 external monitor and then the device just 'mirrors' that to additional external monitors attached.Display settings in windows can only ever see 1 external monitor, whileit does identify the monitors correctly (manufacturer, model etc) if plugged in one at a time, if all plugged in at the same time, it windows just seems to pick one and claims that's the only external monitor attached.

Works well generally, The only minor issues I have, sometimes I need to re-plug into the Surface Pro 7 for it to properly wake up everything attached, but more annoyingly (for me) is that it refuses to drive my dual 1920X1200 monitors in their native resolution at the same time. Yes I know this is an unusual resolution but that's what they are (DELL U2412M). This little dock seems to max out dual screens at 1080P which I guess for most is fair enough. I'm not sure if this is a Windows 11 issue but I don't think so as other (cheaper) USB-C docks I've tried worked at native 1920x1200 dual screen, but were missing the network port - which makes docking the Surface and making the most of 1GB LAN/Internet impossible, so I'm living with a stretched 1080P for now!
