Keeps time well and gives our farmhouse room an interesting look without being “too much.” The gears are light-activated, so there’s no noise at night. The size is perfect for a big blank wall full of windows.

I purchased this for my Husband he wanted a gear clock. I choose this one. it was less expensive, but you would never know it. He loves it

I like the fact that it reacts to,light. The sound of the gears slows down when the lights go off. Didn't like the fact that it is made of plastic not metal.. GREAT PIECE FOR THE MONEY .

I love the look of this clock. Although most of the parts are plastic they have the look of metal. Know that this clock takes 7 AA batteries, 1 to make the clock run, the other 6 are to make the gears turn. I ended up taking the 6 out as this clock does make some noise and it was just loud enough to be annoying. This of course was disappointing as the whole point for having a moving gear clock is to enjoy that feature.

The media could not be loaded. This clock has been really great. It keeps time perfectly, features a silent seconds hand that sweeps around flawlessly, and has enhanced the look of the room where I mounted it. It requires quite a few batteries, but I'm hoping this is more for convenience – meaning it will run for a long time before needing new ones – rather than due to a severe power drain.The clock was packaged securely and it was simple to insert the batteries, set the time, and place it on my wall. The price is steep, but with some items, you get what you pay for, and this is one of those cases. I recommend it.
