I tried three pillows: 1. Contour Legacy Cool, 2. Vaunn Medical Side Sleeper Memory Foam, and 3. Luna Orthopedic. This one is by far the best. The foam is stiffer and doesn't get squished, so you maintain the space you need between the thighs and knees. My hip pain went away completely!

This worked a lot better than I thought it would. It's a perfect size and firmness and surprisingly, does not get dislodged during the night. There are other brands with a strap on them to go around your leg, but then it's a hassle to remove it in the night if for some reason you want to remove it. This one stays in place without the hassle of a band attached to your leg and is easy to remove if you want to. It's provided me some pain relief and was well worth the purchase price.
