The listing says 100 mg lutein + zeaxanthin, but the actual active ingredient is just 10 mcg lutein — 1/1000th of what you’d expect. This is hidden in small print on the original bottle i received which was not even mentioned on amazon listing . Very misleading and not suitable for anyone seriously looking for eye support.Only good thing is Amazon gave a quick refund. Avoid this product if you’re expecting a proper lutein supplement.

It's a really effective product, it's my 2 nd bottle the first bottle was gifted by one of my friend, it highly helps in reducing powers of your spects, it has reduced my power from -6 to -5 in ok one and a half month.would recommend to everyone.
