Wow! As a student I've tried all sorts of things to keep me awake for late night sessions and they all gave me the jitters - not this product. I have been using caffeine for a few years in order to mitigate migraines, if i get about 100-200mg of caffeine i would not get migraines throughout the day. When i saw the label and the amount of caffeine per pill i was happy, it has 400mg of caffeine on two pills meaning 200mg of caffeine per pill double my normal usage. But i highly doubt this pills have 200mg, i don't think it even has 100mg as it is my daily dose and it prevents migraines right now i have been taking it for the last couple of days with 2 days and 2 migraines, so i would really like to know if the pills have any actual caffeine as it is certified or verified by any independent lab. So if you want to try do it so at your risk, if you are like me and need caffeine for preventive purposes just skip this one and look for a better quality product.

These did nothing for me, but give me an herbal aftertaste. I tried one...nothing, then two hours later another....still nothing. I was very excited about a semi-natural source of energy, but these fell short.Follow-up-The company reached out to me after they found that I was unsatisfied. I was a little skeptical at first, given how many caffeine products are out on the market, however I was surprised at how well it worked. I was recommended this from one of my gym partners and thought I’d give it a try instead of using my preworkout. Be sure to read the label correctly though because I got confused and thought one pill was 400mg.
